IEP Meeting Attendance & Representation

• Attendance at IEP meetings (virtually or in person) as an advocate and support for the family.
• Active participation in discussions, ensuring:
• The child’s needs are clearly communicated and understood.
• Appropriate services and supports are included in the IEP.
• Legal rights are upheld throughout the process.
